{"id":42897,"date":"2026-10-01T08:13:31","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T11:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2dejulhonoticias.com.br\/2jn\/?p=42897"},"modified":"2026-10-01T08:13:31","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T11:13:31","slug":"prefeitura-de-santo-estevao-e-denunciada-por-superfaturamento-em-150-tablets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/2dejulhonoticias.com.br\/2jn\/prefeitura-de-santo-estevao-e-denunciada-por-superfaturamento-em-150-tablets\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefeitura de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o \u00e9 denunciada por superfaturamento em 150 tablets"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUma representa\u00e7\u00e3o formal protocolada no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) aponta poss\u00edveis den\u00fancias de irregularidades, fraude material e liquida\u00e7\u00e3o indevida de despesas na <a href=\"#\">Prefeitura Municipal de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o<\/a>, centro-norte da Bahia, gest\u00e3o do prefeito Tiago da Central (Uni\u00e3o Brasil).<\/p>\n<p>O questionamento gira em torno de um Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico voltado ao fornecimento de 150 tablets para a sa\u00fade municipal, com montante total de R$ 319.999,50.<\/p>\n<p>A den\u00fancia, formalizada pelo cidad\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Carlos Bastos Santana, indica que a fornecedora entregou aparelhos Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Wi-Fi (modelo SM-X210), cujas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o inferiores \u00e0s exigidas no termo de refer\u00eancia do certame e no contrato, que estipulavam o modelo Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 4G.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Superfaturamento apurado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A representa\u00e7\u00e3o destaca diverg\u00eancias operacionais relevantes entre o equipamento solicitado e o entregue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aus\u00eancia de suporte \u00e0 rede m\u00f3vel 4G, restringindo o acesso exclusivamente ao Wi-Fi;<\/li>\n<li>Falta de caneta digitalizadora (S Pen) e aus\u00eancia de sensor de proximidade;<\/li>\n<li>Processador e vers\u00e3o de Bluetooth com desempenho abaixo do previsto em edital.<<\/li>\n<p>\/ul><\/p>\n<p>Apesar das inconformidades t\u00e9cnicas, a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal quitou a fatura pelo valor unit\u00e1rio contratado para o modelo superior (R$ 2.133,33).<\/p>\n<p>Considerando a m\u00e9dia do valor de mercado do modelo inferior na data de refer\u00eancia (R$ 1.491,08 em 15\/12\/2025), estima-se que a diverg\u00eancia tenha gerado um dano financeiro direto de R$ 96.337,50 aos cofres p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"tr-caption-container\" style=\"margin-left: auto;
