Para o ministro, as redes devem retirar postagens com conte\u00fado envolvendo pornografia infantil, suic\u00eddio, tr\u00e1fico de pessoas, terrorismo e ataques \u00e0 democracia. Pela proposta, a medida deve ser tomada ap\u00f3s as empresas serem notificadas pelos envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, no entendimento de Barroso, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de postagens com ofensas e crimes contra a honra dos cidad\u00e3os s\u00f3 pode ocorrer ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o judicial, ou seja, como ocorre atualmente. <\/p>\n<p>Os ministros Dias Toffoli e Luiz Fux tamb\u00e9m votaram a favor da responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das plataformas, mas em maior extens\u00e3o. O caso trata de um recurso do Facebook para derrubar decis\u00e3o judicial que condenou a plataforma por danos morais pela cria\u00e7\u00e3o de perfil falso de um usu\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>No processo relatado pelo ministro Luiz Fux, o STF discute se uma empresa que hospeda um site na internet deve fiscalizar conte\u00fados ofensivos e retir\u00e1-los do ar sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o judicial. Para o ministro, as redes devem retirar postagens com conte\u00fado envolvendo pornografia infantil, suic\u00eddio, tr\u00e1fico de pessoas, terrorismo e ataques \u00e0 democracia. Pela proposta, a medida deve ser tomada ap\u00f3s as empresas serem notificadas pelos envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, no entendimento de Barroso, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de postagens com ofensas e crimes contra a honra dos cidad\u00e3os s\u00f3 pode ocorrer ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o judicial, ou seja, como ocorre atualmente. <\/p>\n<p>Os ministros Dias Toffoli e Luiz Fux tamb\u00e9m votaram a favor da responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das plataformas, mas em maior extens\u00e3o. O caso trata de um recurso do Facebook para derrubar decis\u00e3o judicial que condenou a plataforma por danos morais pela cria\u00e7\u00e3o de perfil falso de um usu\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>No processo relatado pelo ministro Luiz Fux, o STF discute se uma empresa que hospeda um site na internet deve fiscalizar conte\u00fados ofensivos e retir\u00e1-los do ar sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.
