A maior parte desse valor, exatos R$ 28.525,83, o equivalente a 50% da renda total, seria proveniente de sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o em uma franquia de chocolates instalada num shopping do Rio de Janeiro. J\u00e1 os rendimentos como senador representariam 44% (R$ 24.934,81), e o restante viria de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras (6%). A quantia foi apresentada como justificativa no processo de financiamento do im\u00f3vel, localizado em \u00e1rea nobre de Bras\u00edlia e avaliado em R$ 5,97 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7\u00e3o popular questiona legalidade do empr\u00e9stimo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os dados constam em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o popular ajuizada pela deputada Erika Kokay (PT-DF), que levanta d\u00favidas sobre a legalidade do empr\u00e9stimo concedido ao filho do ent\u00e3o presidente Jair Bolsonaro. O im\u00f3vel, avaliado em quase R$ 6 milh\u00f5es, foi oferecido como garantia fiduci\u00e1ria, o que, segundo o banco, reduziria os riscos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rendimentos declarados na \u00e9poca:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro: R$ 56.833,51<\/li>\n<li> Fernanda Bolsonaro (esposa): R$ 8.650 (renda presumida pelo Serasa)<\/li>\n<li> Total do casal: R$ 65.483,51 (aproximadamente R$ 85 mil em valores corrigidos pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Distrito Federal e Territ\u00f3rios (MPDFT) analisou os documentos e concluiu que a concess\u00e3o do empr\u00e9stimo seguiu os tr\u00e2mites legais e estava respaldada por registros fiscais e cont\u00e1beis. Tamb\u00e9m foram considerados v\u00e1lidos os rendimentos empresariais de Fl\u00e1vio e a atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional de Fernanda na \u00e1rea odontol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quita\u00e7\u00e3o milion\u00e1ria em tempo recorde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de o contrato ter prazo de 30 anos, o financiamento foi integralmente quitado em tempo bem mais curto. Entre novembro de 2022 e mar\u00e7o de 2024, Fl\u00e1vio realizou seis pagamentos que variaram entre R$ 198 mil e R$ 997 mil, sendo o \u00faltimo, de R$ 520 mil, suficiente para quitar o im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pagamentos registrados:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Nov\/2022: R$ 698 mil e R$ 697 mil<\/li>\n<li> Jan\/2023: R$ 997 mil<\/li>\n<li>Ago\/2023: R$ 250 mil<\/li>\n<li>Set\/2023: R$ 199 mil<\/li>\n<li>Mar\/2024: R$ 520 mil (quita\u00e7\u00e3o final)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Loja de chocolates sai de cena, mas permanece no enredo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de ter deixado a gest\u00e3o da loja de chocolates em fevereiro de 2021, logo ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato da mans\u00e3o, Fl\u00e1vio argumentou que usou recursos provenientes do neg\u00f3cio para cobrir a entrada do im\u00f3vel. Ele tamb\u00e9m sustentou, em sua defesa, que sua renda n\u00e3o se limita \u00e0 fun\u00e7\u00e3o de senador, pois atua como empres\u00e1rio e advogado \u201ch\u00e1 muitos anos\u201d. Na campanha de 2018, Fl\u00e1vio declarou patrim\u00f4nio de R$ 1,7 milh\u00e3o, o equivalente a R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es em valores atualizados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico considera documenta\u00e7\u00e3o regular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O promotor respons\u00e1vel pelo parecer no processo, Eduardo Gazzinelli Veloso, concluiu que a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelo senador era suficiente para respaldar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m frisou que o contrato foi quitado, \u201cafastando risco ou dano ao er\u00e1rio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o judicial continua<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o segue em curso na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel de Bras\u00edlia, e o processo est\u00e1 pronto para ser julgado. A reportagem com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, publicada neste 1\u00ba de maio, \u00e9 do jornal Folha de S.Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcf1 <a href=\"https:\/\/chat.whatsapp.com\/L8KSLsjENzl5HrgtytuzCL\"> SIGA PRA MAIS NOT\u00cdCIAS: entre na comunidade do 2JN no WhatsApp<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Renda declarada com sabor de chocolate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para obter um financiamento de R$ 3,1 milh\u00f5es junto ao Banco de Bras\u00edlia (BRB) na compra de uma mans\u00e3o em 2021, Fl\u00e1vio afirmou ter uma renda mensal de R$ 56.833,51. A maior parte desse valor, exatos R$ 28.525,83, o equivalente a 50% da renda total, seria proveniente de sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o em uma franquia de chocolates instalada num shopping do Rio de Janeiro. J\u00e1 os rendimentos como senador representariam 44% (R$ 24.934,81), e o restante viria de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras (6%). A quantia foi apresentada como justificativa no processo de financiamento do im\u00f3vel, localizado em \u00e1rea nobre de Bras\u00edlia e avaliado em R$ 5,97 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7\u00e3o popular questiona legalidade do empr\u00e9stimo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os dados constam em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o popular ajuizada pela deputada Erika Kokay (PT-DF), que levanta d\u00favidas sobre a legalidade do empr\u00e9stimo concedido ao filho do ent\u00e3o presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Para a parlamentar, h\u00e1 suspeita de favorecimento por parte do banco, considerando o cargo de senador ocupado por Fl\u00e1vio e sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o familiar com o chefe do Executivo \u00e0 \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>Em defesa, a equipe jur\u00eddica de Fl\u00e1vio chegou a alegar que parte da renda viria da advocacia. No entanto, n\u00e3o foram localizados processos ativos nas seccionais da OAB do Rio de Janeiro e do Distrito Federal, onde ele possui registro profissional v\u00e1lido. O im\u00f3vel, avaliado em quase R$ 6 milh\u00f5es, foi oferecido como garantia fiduci\u00e1ria, o que, segundo o banco, reduziria os riscos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rendimentos declarados na \u00e9poca:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro: R$ 56.833,51<\/li>\n<li> Fernanda Bolsonaro (esposa): R$ 8.650 (renda presumida pelo Serasa)<\/li>\n<li> Total do casal: R$ 65.483,51 (aproximadamente R$ 85 mil em valores corrigidos pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Distrito Federal e Territ\u00f3rios (MPDFT) analisou os documentos e concluiu que a concess\u00e3o do empr\u00e9stimo seguiu os tr\u00e2mites legais e estava respaldada por registros fiscais e cont\u00e1beis. Tamb\u00e9m foram considerados v\u00e1lidos os rendimentos empresariais de Fl\u00e1vio e a atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional de Fernanda na \u00e1rea odontol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quita\u00e7\u00e3o milion\u00e1ria em tempo recorde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de o contrato ter prazo de 30 anos, o financiamento foi integralmente quitado em tempo bem mais curto. Entre novembro de 2022 e mar\u00e7o de 2024, Fl\u00e1vio realizou seis pagamentos que variaram entre R$ 198 mil e R$ 997 mil, sendo o \u00faltimo, de R$ 520 mil, suficiente para quitar o im\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pagamentos registrados:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Nov\/2022: R$ 698 mil e R$ 697 mil<\/li>\n<li> Jan\/2023: R$ 997 mil<\/li>\n<li>Ago\/2023: R$ 250 mil<\/li>\n<li>Set\/2023: R$ 199 mil<\/li>\n<li>Mar\/2024: R$ 520 mil (quita\u00e7\u00e3o final)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Loja de chocolates sai de cena, mas permanece no enredo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de ter deixado a gest\u00e3o da loja de chocolates em fevereiro de 2021, logo ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato da mans\u00e3o, Fl\u00e1vio argumentou que usou recursos provenientes do neg\u00f3cio para cobrir a entrada do im\u00f3vel. Ele tamb\u00e9m sustentou, em sua defesa, que sua renda n\u00e3o se limita \u00e0 fun\u00e7\u00e3o de senador, pois atua como empres\u00e1rio e advogado \u201ch\u00e1 muitos anos\u201d. Na campanha de 2018, Fl\u00e1vio declarou patrim\u00f4nio de R$ 1,7 milh\u00e3o, o equivalente a R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es em valores atualizados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico considera documenta\u00e7\u00e3o regular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O promotor respons\u00e1vel pelo parecer no processo, Eduardo Gazzinelli Veloso, concluiu que a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelo senador era suficiente para respaldar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m frisou que o contrato foi quitado, \u201cafastando risco ou dano ao er\u00e1rio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o judicial continua<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o segue em curso na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel de Bras\u00edlia, e o processo est\u00e1 pronto para ser julgado.
