De acordo com a nova vers\u00e3o, o vereador agiu em leg\u00edtima defesa.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00e9poca, a mulher foi agredida com golpes de faca e peda\u00e7o de madeira, sendo socorrida e n\u00e3o correndo risco de morte.
