O \u00f3rg\u00e3o ser\u00e1 encarregado de administrar o IBS, tributo estadual a ser criado pela reforma tribut\u00e1ria para substituir o ICMS (estadual) e o ISS (municipal).<\/p>\n<p>Esse \u00e9 o segundo projeto de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria.
